Spiced Tropical Grilled Steak

Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilogram flank steak, trimmed
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro stems
- 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup vertically sliced onion
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon sliced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, divided
- 4 wedges lime for garnish
Place cilantro stems, lime juice, [*fr1] the oil and [*fr1] the red pepper in a very kitchen appliance or liquidizer. mix till sleek. Pour mixture in a very dish and place cut of meat on high of it. Coat meat with the mixture and let symbolize a minimum of quarter-hour. take away cut of meat from marinade (discard excess) and cook on a pre-heated grill over high heat for four minutes per aspect or till well-done through. Slice thinly and place on a dish. high with cilantro leaves, onion, garlic and remaining red pepper. Drizzle with remaining oil and serve with lime wedges.
