Spiced Tropical Grilled Steak


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilogram flank steak, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro stems
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup vertically sliced onion
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 tablespoon sliced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, divided
  • 4 wedges lime for garnish
How to make:
Place cilantro stems, lime juice, [*fr1] the oil and [*fr1] the red pepper in a very kitchen appliance or liquidizer. mix till sleek. Pour mixture in a very dish and place cut of meat on high of it.
