Best Shrimp 'n Broccoli Lo Mein Recipe

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE LO MEIN

  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2 lb. white shrimp, unclothed and deveined
  • 1 inexperienced bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. broccoli florets
  • 1/3 c. thinly sliced carrots (or matchstick)
  • 6 oz. spaghetti, roast and drained
  • 3 inexperienced onions, chopped

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. cold water
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch



DIRECTIONS

  1. Drizzle an oversized frypan with vegetable oil. Over medium-high heat, cook shrimp, peppers, broccoli, and carrots till veggies area unit tender and shrimp is pink, five to seven minutes.
  2. Whisk along all sauce ingredients and augment pan. waken a boil, then scale back to a simmer. Stir in noodles and inexperienced onions and cook, three to four minutes longer. Serve like a shot.
