Easy 3 Cheese Lasagna Rolls Recipe

Stuffed with 3 cheeses, rolled up and smothered during a delicious tomato basil sauce, these straightforward three Cheese Lasagna Rolls instruction square measure good for meal prepping!

Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 15 oz cheese Cheese
  • 1 cup farmer's cheese
  • 3/4 cup cut cheese Cheese divided
  • 1 egg overwhelmed
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 24 oz Bertolli® Tomato & Basil

Instructions:

  1. Cook lasagna noodles consistent with package directions
  2. Combine cheese, farmer's cheese, 1/2 cup cheese cheese, egg, spices and salt and pepper during a bowl 
  3. Spoon 1/2 cup of the Bertolli® Tomato & Basil sauce within the bottom of a 9x13 pan 
  4. Lay out a lasagna noodle on a towel and place a pair of tablespoons of the mixture on one finish. 
  5. Roll up the lasagna noodle rigorously and place within the 9x13 pan 
  6. Repeat this with all of the lasagna noodles 
  7. Top with the remainder of the Bertolli® Tomato & Basil sauce
  8. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese cheese on high 
  9. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, till cheese is liquid
