Easy Homemade Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pounds Beef beefsteak take skinny strips**

  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Cups beef stock
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire
  • 1 Teaspoon city Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup cream
  • 10 Ounces lyonnaise Egg Noodles

Instructions:

  1. Slice the meat across the grain into skinny strips. Salt and pepper the meat to style.
  2. Melt two Tablespoons of the butter during a massive frypan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the meat strips till brunette on all sides. take away from pan to a plate and put aside.
  4. Melt the remaining two Tablespoons of butter within the same frypan.
  5. Cook the mushrooms, onions, and garlic till tender.
  6. Sprinkle the flour over the lyonnaise vegetables within the frypan and stir for one minute.
  7. Turn the warmth to low and whisk within the beef stock slowly.
  8. Allow the broth mixture to return to a simmer and thicken.
  9. Once the mixture has thickened, stir within the Worcestershire, city mustard, paprika, and cream.
  10. Stir within the reserved strips of beef and simmer over low heat for five minutes.
  11. Serve over hot lyonnaise egg noodles.
