ROASTED POTATOES WITH ITALIAN SEASONING

INGREDIENTS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 2 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- tsp Italian seasonings
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat kitchen appliance to four hundred degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash potatoes underneath running water with a vegetable brush so wipe dry with paper towels. Cut potatoes in halves.
- Place halved potatoes in an exceedingly bowl; toss with the oil till equally coated. Add Italian seasonings, salt and pepper and toss till well combined.
- Place halved potatoes cut facet down on ready pan. Bake within the kitchen appliance for half-hour or till potatoes ar fork tender.
- Serve and enjoy!
