ROASTED POTATOES WITH ITALIAN SEASONING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  •  tsp Italian seasonings
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat kitchen appliance to four hundred degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash potatoes underneath running water with a vegetable brush so wipe dry with paper towels. Cut potatoes in halves.
  3. Place halved potatoes in an exceedingly bowl; toss with the oil till equally coated. Add Italian seasonings, salt and pepper and toss till well combined.
  4. Place halved potatoes cut facet down on ready pan. Bake within the kitchen appliance for half-hour or till potatoes ar fork tender.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
