Egg Fried Rice

This is my version of the essential Egg Chinese fried rice. Super straightforward and serves a pair of persons.

Ingredients

    * a pair of cups / rice bowls cold medium rice
    * 2 eggs, gently overwhelmed
    * four shallots (thinly sliced)

Seasoning :

    * one ½ tsp light-weight condiment
    * salt and pepper to style

Garnishing:

    * shredded spring onions, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes

Method

  • Heat one to 2 tablespoons oil in a very pan and fry shallots until sweet and light-weight brown. take away cooked shallots.
  • Whilst oil continues to be hot, add the rice and stir-fry well. Pour in seasoning and still stir-fry for regarding three minutes. Pour in eggs and fry till properly medium. The rice ought to be coated and yellowish-brown in color.
  • Sprinkle the cooked shallots over the rice. Dish out and serve with garnishing.
