Classic French Toast

Easy Classic dish formula that uses straightforward storeroom ingredients, and encompasses a secret ingredient that produces a thicker batter with cinnamon sugar flavors that basically set it apart. one in all our family's favorite breakfasts!

Ingredients:

  • 4 giant eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup general flour
  • 1/4 cup refined sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning
  • 8 thick slices bread

Instructions:

  1. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees F or or heat a frypan over medium heat. Grease well with butter.
  2. Add all ingredients, except the bread, to a mixer or to a shallow dish and whisk well to mix. If whisking by hand, it's okay if the flour does not combine in fully sleek. 
  3. Dip bread slices into the egg mixture, dredging them well on each side, and place on hot, lubricated griddle or frypan.
  4. Cook for a couple of minutes, till rock bottom of the breads starts to urge golden brown. Flip and cook on the opposite facet an equivalent. 
  5. Remove to a plate. Serve warm, with sweetener and a sprinkle of granulated sugar.
