Garlic Butter Fish - tender and delicious pan-fried slice with spread sauce. This recipes takes twenty minutes. Serve alone or with alimentary paste for a wholesome dinner.

Ingredients:
- 12 oz. firm white fish filet (halibut, cod or pollock fillet)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- lemon wedges
- Garlic Butter Sauce
- 1/2 stick salt-cured butter, liquefied (4 tablespoons)
- cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon juice
- 1 tablespoon shredded parsley
Instructions:
- Cut the fish into items, to not skinny for simple pan-frying. Season the fish with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Coat the fish with corn starch. Set aside.
- Prepare the spread Sauce by combining all the ingredients along. Set aside.
- Heat up a pan (preferably non-stick) on medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and once the oil is heated, fry the fish in a very single layer till each side flip crisp and golden brown. Use a picket spatula or tong to softly flip the fish over. strive to not break the fish.
- Remove the fish from the pan and drain on paper towels. Toss the fish with the spread Sauce and serve right away with lemon wedges.
