Italian Sausage, Potato & Spinach Soup

Cooler weather is here and that always means a lot of comforting and cozy meals at our house! Soups are among my favorites, because they are simple, and taste delicious. Best of all, if someone is feeling a little under the weather with the sniffles or a sore throat.
Ingredients
Meat
3/4 lb Your favorite italian turkey sausage
Produce
1 5 oz. package Baby spinach, fresh
1 Bay leaf
1 (15 oz.) can Cannellini beans
1 Carrot, large thin
2 Celery stalks
2 Garlic cloves, large
1 Onion, large
2 Russet potatoes
Canned Goods
4 cups Chicken stock
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
Dairy
1 tbsp Butter
1 cup Half and half
